Service Description
The Company will supply standard residential cleaning products and equipment appropriate for general household surfaces. Products may include multi-surface cleaners, disinfectants, glass cleaners, and microfiber cloths. Eco-friendly or specialty products may be used upon request and subject to availability and additional cost. All Rooms: Dust accessible surfaces (tables, shelves, décor) Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans (reachable by step stool) Wipe door handles, light switches, and touch points Clean mirrors and glass surfaces Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard floors Empty interior trash bins (liner provided by Client) Kitchen: Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash Clean exterior surfaces of appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) Clean sink and faucet Wipe cabinet fronts (spot clean only) Sweep and mop floors Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers Clean mirrors and fixtures Wipe countertops and cabinet fronts (spot clean) Empty trash Sweep and mop floors Bedrooms: Dust furniture and surfaces Make beds (linen changing not included unless requested) Vacuum or mop floors Note: The Company does not guarantee compatibility with all surface finishes.
