Your satisfaction matters to us. If something was missed or not cleaned to standard, please let us know within 24 hours of your service.
Re-Clean Guarantee

We offer a free re-clean of the affected area(s) as our primary resolution.

Requests must be made within 24 hours.

Re-cleans are scheduled within 5 business days, based on availability.
Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only if a re-clean cannot resolve the issue.

Any approved refund will be partial and limited to the affected area.

Refunds will not exceed the amount paid and, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable
No refunds for:

Completed services
-
Deposits, same-day, or last-minute bookings
-
Inaccessible areas

Subjective preferences not previously discussed

Deep cleans, move-out/move-in, or one-time specialty services
Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Late cancellations may result in forfeited deposits or a cancellation fee.
