Refund Policy

Refund & Satisfaction Policy 

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something was missed or not cleaned to standard, please let us know within 24 hours of your service. 

Re-Clean Guarantee 

  • We offer a free re-clean of the affected area(s) as our primary resolution. 

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours. 

  • Re-cleans are scheduled within 5 business days, based on availability. 

Refunds 

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only if a re-clean cannot resolve the issue. 

  • Any approved refund will be partial and limited to the affected area. 

  • Refunds will not exceed the amount paid and, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days. 

Non-Refundable 

No refunds for: 

  • Completed services 

  • Deposits, same-day, or last-minute bookings 

  • Inaccessible areas 

  • Subjective preferences not previously discussed 

  • Deep cleans, move-out/move-in, or one-time specialty services 

Cancellations 

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees. 

  • Late cancellations may result in forfeited deposits or a cancellation fee. 

By booking a service, you agree to this policy.
